Who we are

About us

We built Birdie Booking because the best tee times go to whoever is awake at the right second — and that is a silly way to decide who gets to play.

Every public course releases its tee sheet on a schedule — for most, at midnight. Miss the moment by a minute and the good times are gone — so golfers stay up past midnight refreshing a booking page, and still lose the slot they wanted. That is the problem Birdie Booking exists to solve.

Our mission is simple: make it effortless to find and book tee times at your favorite public golf courses. It started as a way to skip the midnight scramble — a tool we built for ourselves and still use for every round of our own.

How it works

You tell Birdie the course, the day and the window you would actually play — an earliest time, an ideal one, and the latest you would still take. Birdie tracks when that course releases that date and submits the booking the instant it opens, working with the booking systems courses already use rather than asking them to change anything.

You sleep right through it. If it works, the confirmation is waiting for you. If it does not, Birdie tells you exactly why — the window sold out, a club login needs updating, the course wants a card on file — so you know whether to try again or change the plan.

Why Birdie Booking?

  • It never oversleeps: Birdie watches the tee sheet around the clock and books the moment your course releases the day you want.
  • Built for golfers, by golfers: we know the frustration of clicking through endless booking sites — and we fixed it.
  • Always expanding: we keep adding courses and booking platforms, and we take requests.

How we play it

Birdie Booking is for reserving rounds you intend to play. Every plan caps how many bookings you can hold at once and make each month, which keeps one golfer from cornering a tee sheet. We do not support hoarding times, reselling reservations, or working around a course's own booking limits.

Courses set the rules — green fees, cancellation deadlines, who is eligible to book — and a reservation Birdie secures is a reservation between you and that course. We work within what each course allows, because a service golfers can rely on has to be one courses can live with too.

Casual player or weekend warrior, Birdie Booking means less time searching and more time golfing. Let Birdie handle the booking — you focus on playing your best game.
